Mar 26 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's tourist arrivals rose 23 percent in February to 39,081 visitors comapred with the same period in 2002, Sri Lanka's Tourist Board said on Wednesday. A Ceylon Tourist Board official said the largest number of visitors came from Britain, followed by India and Germany.
