India, Sri Lanka to conclude Defence Pact 'at the earliest' |
Oct 21 (HT) India and Sri Lanka have agreed to commence discussions on a Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with a view to concluding it "at the earliest". A statement issued from New Delhi on Tuesday at the end of talks said that India maintained an "abiding interest in the security of Sri Lanka."
