Apr 19 (PTI) Sri Lanka has ordered the recall of its top envoys to 10 foreign capitals as part of a shakeup following the election of a new government. Sri Lanka's ambassadors named by the former government will be replaced by people loyal to the new administration led by President Chandrika Kumaratunga's party or by career officers.
