Dec 18 (SLA) Ten refugees, arrived in India after paying money to Indian fishermen were found dropped near the SAND BANK, URUMALAI on 17 December 2004 around 2.10 p.m. Naval troops handed over those refugees to the TALIMANNAR Police station for investigations and necessary actions.
