Apr 4 (SLA) A group of eleven Sri Lankan refugees, who had been dropped by an Indian dhow at 7th SAND BANK in TALAIMANNAR have been arrested by naval troops on 02 April 2005 around 7.00 a.m. Interrogations have revealed that they had paid Indian Rs. 3000/= per head to an Indian dhow for their passage from India.
