'Economic policies of govt. unique to Sri Lanka'

47 Sri Lankan children living with AIDS
Dec 1 (ST) Forty seven children who were HIV infected by birth are among the HIV/AIDS patients in the country, Director of Health Ministry’s National STD/AIDS Control Programme, Dr. N. Edirisinghe told Timesonline. Sexually transmitted diseases have claimed 220 lives and 1317 cases reported since the first case in 1986. Boost for economic development: State land for investors
