Leaking CPC pipeline delays unloading of fuel

July 20 (Island) A petroleum shipment that has arrived in Colombo might take a record time to unload due to the pipeline from the harbour to Kolonnawa being full of leaks, a senior official said. The unloading of the 27,000 tonne shipment might require as much as six to seven days as it is being done very slowly to minimize the spillage.
