Mar 27 (SM) State institutions owe nearly Rs. 91,000 million to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation for the fuel they have obtained on credit during 2011. The Ceylon Electricity Board alone has borrowed Rs. 72,000 m worth of fuel from the CPC in that year.
