US accuses EPDP in rights report |

India inaugurates IPKF war memorial |

Feb 28 (LBO) Sri Lanka's consumer prices rose 4.2% in the 12-months February 2014, down from 4.4% in January. The widely watched Colombo Consumer Price Index rose 0.2% during the month. Emergency measures adopted to contain hoof and mouth disease |
Feb 28 (Island) Foot and mouth disease was spreading among the cattle and other hoofed animals in the dry zone, the Department of Animal Production and Health (DAPH) said. Director General DAPH, Dr. W.
