Giving priority to constitutional reform
Dec 29 (CT) The dawn of the New Year will see Parliament convening as a parliamentary committee of the whole to start the process of constitutional reform. What’s the deal with SL’s war crimes court?
Dec 29 (TD) Several weeks ago, Chandrika Kumaratunga announced that Sri Lanka would set up a special court to deal with alleged wartime abuses.
