Finance Ministry to look at exiting $ 1.8 b LRT loan

Web journalist Desmond De Alwis granted bail
Oct 1 (NF) Colombo Chief Magistrate Mohamed Mihar on Wednesday ordered for web journalist Desmond Chathuranga De Alwis to be released on a cash bail of Rs. 25,000/- and two surety bails of Rs. 500,000/- each. 'Decision on PCs up to President, not heads of other countries'
