200 g wheat flour a natural yoghurt 8 servings of cheese 2 good pinches of sugar 2 pinches of yeast salt to taste a tablespoon of oil 5 ounces of hot water
Put flour in a bowl, add one tablespoon oil and mix well. Add yeast, sugar, salt and yogurt and mix. Add water and knead so that the dough is smooth. Make a ball, and coat with oil. Let rest in a warm place for 3 - 4 hours. Mash the cheese into a paste. Preheat oven to 300? C for 15 min. When the dough has rested, divide into four balls. Roll the naan, put the cheese in the middle and fold the dough into triangles or circles. Roll back the naan. Place the naan on the oven proof tray or plate and bake for about 5 minutes at 260? C. Brush with a little ghee, or regular butter.
Cheese Naan will go very well with any curry dish.
