1 egg
3 tbsp butter or oil
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup water
1 cup wheat flour or 1 cup flour
1 cup low fat milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp brown sugarMakes 3-4 waffles.
Soak Rolled oats in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Melt butter and add soaked oats, flour, baking powder, sugar and milk.
Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer or a spoon.
Heat a waffle iron and pour the batter. Bake until brown.
