1. 11/4 cups basmati rice
2. 2tbs oil
3. 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
4. 1 clove garlic, crused
5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
6. 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
7. 1/2 teaspoon fresh chili pepper
8. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 2 cups vegetable stock.
* Wash the rice and allow it to soak in cold
water for about 20 minutes. Drain
