1. 13/4 cups warm water 2. 1/2 cup oil 3. 1/4 cup heaping, sugar 4. 3tbs yeast 5. 11/2tbs salt 6. 2 eggs 7. 51/4 cups whole wheat flour Method Mix together water, sugar and yeast and let stand 15 minutes. Add salt, eggs and flour. Mix well and shape into buns. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 425f for 10 minutes. Yields 2 dozen buns.
