1. one cup of Mysoor Dhal
2. one teaspoon curry powder(Srilankan)
3. one clove garlic
4. salt to taste
5. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
6. one teaspoon chilie powder(medium)
7. one green peper
8. 1/2 onion(Red)
9. 1/2 stick cinnomon
10.1/2 cup of coconut milk
11.Basil leaves
Put mysoor dhal into a sauce pan and add 2 cups of water. Add all the above without the coconut milk and salt. once the mysoor dhal comes to sauce condition add the coconut milk. Leave it for about five minutes under medium fire. If desire, you may sprinkle little bit of fried onion and garlic on top of the curry to taste. Lastly add salt to taste.
