Garlic chicken
10 cloves garlic salt to taste 3 tbsp crush black pepper 5 tbsp fish souse 100 grm fresh corriander leaves 4 tbsp lime juice
prick the chicken legs with fork. Crush the garlic and corriander leaves and mix with black pepper, fish souse, lime juice and apply to chicken. Best let stand for few hours befor grill or roast. oven temp gas mark 7, cooking time 45 min. serve with rice or salad.
