Diced chicken with vegetables
250 grams chicken Meat removed from bone and chopped into 1/4' size strips. One medium size carrot chopped to 1/2" size piecesc, One medium size Onion chopped into 1/2" size pieces. 2 Bulbs of garlic chopped fine One large tomato chopped to 1/2" size pieces 4 beans chopped 1/2" size pieces 4 curry chillies (malumiris) chopped 1/2" size pieces. 1/2 cup of cooked chick peas 1 medium sized potato well cooked and mashed. Prepare as follows. Place pan on oven with 1-1/2 cups of water. Drop the carrots, beans and chick peas and let cook until carrots and beans are tender. Place another pan with a little oil and drop the chicken garlic and onions with salt and pepper to taste. Add the curry chillies at the last and when lightly cooked add the vegetables onto the chicken mix in the mashed potato and serve as one wholesome dish. Wala its all yours.
