INGREDIENTS:-SERVINGS FOR SIX
Select medium sized fresh Crabs approx: ten each. Boil and remove flesh from shell.
1 large Potato Boiled and mashed.
1 large Tomato chopped fine 1/4" size pieces
4 bulbs of garlic, crushed or chopped fine.
1 large onion chopped fine.
5 green chilies chopped fine.
2 tablespoon full lemon juice
1 medium size carrot chopped fine or grated.
Salt, Black pepper, curry powder, chilly powder optional.

PREPARATION:-
1. REMOVE TOP SHELL FROM CRAB, WASH AND RETAIN FOR USE.
2. Clean, wash and boil crab, remove meat from body legs and claws.
3. Add all the ingredients into the crab meat add salt and pepper to taste with a touch of Olive oil or vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly and pack into the washed top shell of the crab.

Place the packed crab shell onto a baking tray and place in pre heated oven 300 f for 30 minutes. Serve hot with white rice or bread and salad as a side dish.
