BASTED LAGOON OR SEA CRAB
Select medium sized fresh Crabs approx: ten each. Boil and remove flesh from shell. 1 large Potato Boiled and mashed. 1 large Tomato chopped fine 1/4" size pieces 4 bulbs of garlic, crushed or chopped fine. 1 large onion chopped fine. 5 green chilies chopped fine. 2 tablespoon full lemon juice 1 medium size carrot chopped fine or grated. Salt, Black pepper, curry powder, chilly powder optional. PREPARATION:- Place the packed crab shell onto a baking tray and place in pre heated oven 300 f for 30 minutes.
