Serves 6-8.Ingredients
2 1/2- 3 lbs chicken, skinned and cut into about 3" pieces
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chillie powder
1 tsp pepper powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 inch piece ginger, grated finely
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the chicken.
Next add the chicken and stir well. Cover and leave for
3-4 hours to marinate.
Heat the oven to 350C. Grease a baking tray and put the
chicken pieces on it an bake for about 30 mins, until the
meat turns medium brown.
Turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 20 mins.
Serve hot.
