stuffing 1/4lb chopped bombay onions 4 malu miris chopped 2 slices of bacon 1/4lb bread,soaked in water and squeesed out salt and pepper 2oz. sultanas 1oz cadjus 1/2 tsp sugar
Method Fry onions and bacon in 2tbs magarine.Add all the other ingredients and fry.If the chops are thick,out a pocket in them and fill with the stuffing and stitch it up with a needle and thread.The thread to be removed before serving.If the chops are thin,place one chop on top of other with the stuffing in between.Place the chops in a baking tray.Pour over a little oil and bake in a moderately hot oven for 1/2 an hour,or till the chops are cooked.Place on a dish.Decorate with mashed potato and parsley,and serve hot.
