Braised lamb cutlets
need for 4 servings. 4 large or 8 small cutlets. Brown the cutlets on both sides in the butter. Remove from the pan, slice the onions & stir well in to the butter. Add the skinned sliced tomatoes,parsley vinerge & seasoning. Place the cutlets on top of the vegetables & pour in a little water. Cover the pan and cook gently for 1 hour.
