Fish Sambal
3 big onions (cut lentgth wise) 5 flakes garlic small piece of ginger 1 big tomatoe (chopped) curryleaves little turmarind juice, 10 dry chillis (soak them little while) salt to taste, little oil,
Heat the oil in a pan add onions and fry, then add chopped tomatoes, when tomatoe become soft add ground masala in medium heat. mix turmarind juice and fish in the low heat for 10 mins. When u take out from the fire sprinkle very little sugar and mix well. It goes well with rice, iddiyappam, roti, bread, yellow rice.
