Ingredients:
250g Capsicum
200g Onion
100g Dry Shrimps( Kunnisso)
3 Farm Eggs
Crushed Chili
Cinnomon
Half a lemmon
2 green chillies
4 psc cardomons
4 psc cloves
2 psc garlics
a psc of ginger
a psc of cinnamon
a few curry leaves and rampe
crushed pepper
salt to tasteMethod:
Srambelled the egg with dry shrimps, Pepper, curry leaves & salt. Fill cleaned capsicum with crambled egg. Temper the capsicum in a very slow flame & with all Ingredients, capsicum should be crispy. Serve with any type of rice.
