500grams Sprats
250grams onions (small or cut in to pieces)
1/4bottle vineger*
1/4 bootle oil
200 gram green chillies.
1 dessert spoon salt
2 dessert spoon mustard (* ground with vineger.)Method:
Fry sprats well. Slice chillies into two & fry for few minutes. Add rest of the ingrediants & mix well.Store in a jar.
