30 chicken wings
2cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons copped fresh coriander leaves
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1 teaspoon sambl oelekRemove and diccard wing tips;separate first and second joints of chicken wings. W Hhisk remaining ingredients in large bowl. add chicken; mix well. Cover.
refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Drain chicken; discard marinede.place chicken on wire rack in bakig dish.
Bake,uncovered,in moderately hot oven 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
