6 pieces Chicken
100 ml Curd 100ml
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
2 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
2 Onions (if big use 1)
Curry leaves
Salt
1-2 Maggi cubes
Ginger & garlic paste
1 Chillies 1
1-2 Tomatoes
1-2 Potatoes
Turmeric
Oil
1 cup coconut milkCut and wash the chicken, rub with turmeric powder. Put in a bowl and add curd, coriander powder, cumin, tomato, salt, and chillies. Set a side.
Take a pan and heat a bit of oil and when hot add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, onions and Maggi cubes and mix well till the mixture turns brown.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix it well.
Peel and quarter the potatoes and add to the chicken mixture with some water. Cover the pan cook under medium heat. Open the lid after the 10 minutes and add milk and mix well.
When the gravy is boiling, take off the fire and serve hot.
