5 servings 5 eggs, beaten 2 onion, chopped 2 green chillie, chopped 2 red chillie, chopped curry leaves 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp chillie paste 1 tsp tomato puree salt to taste 3 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric Heat non-stick pan with oil. Add mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add turmeric then add eggs. After eggs became light golden brown, add onions, green chillie, curry leaves. Next add all the other ingredients. Mix well. Serve hot.
