1 chicken
2 dessertspoons ground red onions
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbs dry chillies
1 dessertspoon ground green ginger
1 dessertspoon ground garlic
20 cardamons
1 clove
1 cinnamon
2 rampe
1 sera
25 karapincha leaves
2 tbs ghee
salt to taste
1 coconutMethod
Cut the chicken into joints,wash and mix with salt.Heat the ghee,fry the sliced onions
and when crisp sert a side.Fry all the ground
ingrediants in the same ghee,and when browned
put in the chicken.Then pour in the thick
coconut milkand the fried onions and the
balance ingredients.Cook on a slow fire until the meat is tender.
