4oog flat mushrooms 2 tablespoons peanut oil 2 large brown onion sliced thinly 2 cloves garlic,crushed 400g Swiss brown mushrooms 400g button mushrooms 2 teaspoons garlic salt 100g butter
Quarter flat mushrooms Heat oil in large fring pan; stir-fry onion,garlic and all mushrooms, in batches, until tender. Return mushrooms to wok wiht garlic salt and chopped butter; stir-fry until butter is melted. Serve on toast, sprinkld with baby basil leaves,if desired
