Green Apple Curry
ingredients: METHOD: At last put the raw sugar in to caramelize the apple cubes and you should see apple cubes starting to turn brown , keep stiring until mixture is slightly dry (not too dry). Add half cup water for mixture to settle and boil in medium heat. Finally add quarter cup coconut milk and stir well. make sure the curry is not liquidy, should be thick with all spices covered. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving. serve with hot white rice or with indian roti or naan. This recipe is sure to blow away the minds of little ones because of its sourness and sweetness. This is one of my grand childrens favourite classic curry dishes. Print this recipe Email this recipe
