Ingredients: 250gms bitter gourd, sliced 200 gms onion, sliced 100 gms maldive fish ,pieces 5 curryleaves[ karapincha] 3 table spoons chillie pieces Juice of 1 big lime salt to taste Oil to fry
Method. 1.Fry Bitr.gourd until golden brown. put them on to a tissue and drain. 2. Fry onion and curry leaves seperately.keep to drain. 3. keep about 3 table spoon oil in the pan and put maldive fish and stir fry on law flame for 2 mins and add the chillie pieces. Stir for 1 mint add bit. gourd and onion , salt and lime juice. Mix well and eat with white rice .
