SPINACH WITH KADALA PARIPPU MALLUN
A BUNCH OF SPINACH WASHED. 1 LARGE ONION FINELY CHOPPED 2 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED, 2 RED CHILLIES WHOLE ONE TEASPOON OF MUSTARD GARLIC FRY THE ONIONS WITH TWO TABLE SPOONS OF OIL TILL SLIGHTLY BROWNED, ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND GARLIC THEN ADD CURRY POWDER AND TUMERIC POWDER AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. THEN ADD THE KADALA PARIPPU AND KEEP STIRING TILL ALL INDRIEDIENTS ARE MIXED WELL, ADD WATER AND COOK ,ADD THE SPINACH WHILE COOKING AND LEAVE IT COVERED TILL THE PARIPPU CURRY IS COOKED. THEN ADD MILK AND SALT TO TASTE, AND KEEP IT COVERED , COOK FOR TWO MINUTES AND ENJOY WITH WITH YOUR FAVOURITE BREAD AND RICE.
