750g Cauliflower florets 750g Broccoli florets 1 Chopped Brown Onion 2 Pips chopped Garlic 250ml Thickened Fresh Cream 1tbs Butter 200g Grated Cheddar Cheese Salt & Pepper to taste
Steam broccoli & cauliflower till its hlaf done and leave aside. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic and onions, pour in the thickened cream before onions change colour. Let it simmer for 5mins. Mix half of the cheese to the sauce. Add salt & pepper to your liking. Arrange the broccoli & cauliflower florets in a buttered baking dish pour the prepared sauce, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top & bake in a moderate oven 180C for 10-15 mins. Serve hot.
