Avial (Vegetables in Curd)
2 carrots Grind coconut, chillies, cumin seeds, rice flour to a paste (not very fine) and set aside. Cut all the vegetable into small pieces. Boil all the cut vegetables in 1/2 cup water. Add the coconut paste. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from fire immediately. Add curd and pour the coconut oil over it.
