1 Coconut Grated Add all ingredients into a saucepan, except the lime juice, and cook for 10 minutes. Add water in intervals whilst cooking so there's sufficient moisture. Note: If you are adding the koonisso, ensure to wash thoroughly and include them to the ingredients you add first to the saucepan.
