2 brinjals 1 big red onion 1 tsp salt a pinch of pepper powder 3 green chillies, sliced 1/2 big green tomato
Cut the brinjals into thin long pieces and fry until it gets golden brown. Place it on a tissue paper to drain the oil ( or you can brush the oil on the cut brinjals and grill for 15 min) Slice the onion thinly. Add the onion, green chillies, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
