Carrot Raita
2 carrots, grated 50g roasted and salted peanuts 3garlic flakes, coarsely chopped 1 green chili, coarsely chopped Salt to taste 125g curd 1/2 tsp sugar 15g coriander leaves, finely chopped Method: Crush the peanuts. Mix garlic, salt, green chili and beat to a pulp. Beat the curd until smooth and mix the garlic mixture. Also add the carrots, peanuts, sugar, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly. Serve with pulao or biryani.
