Green Beans with Tomatoes
This is a vegetarian side-dish. It's a quick and easy recipe. 1 lb green beans, cut into 1" pieces
Heat a pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot add oil. Add the sesame seeds to the oil. Cook till fragrant. Add turmeric, tomatoes, ginger and the garlic and fry for couple of minutes. Next add the green beans, onions, soy sauce, salt & pepper and stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring in between. Serve hot. Serves 4 - 6. Print this recipe Email this recipe
