Creamy Coleslaw salad
1 Head cabbage (about 3 Lbs) Shredded 3 Medium Carrots grated 1 cup of Red cabbage shredded 2 Cloves Garlic chopped 3 Green onions chopped Coleslaw Mixture 1 Cup of Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice or vinigar 2 Tbsp Sugar ( or to taste) Salt and pepper to taste Mix the colslaw mixture in a bowl until blend, and then add to vegetables and mix well.
