Ingredients:
A few pieces of artichoke and zuchchini
a handful of green peas
2 stalks of scallion/green onions cut into small pieces
2 red chillies
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder (optional)
1 tblsp of butter
a little water
1 tblsp of olive or vegetable oil
1/4 packet of pasta
1/4 cup of grated cheeseMethod:
Saute all the above mentioned vegetables in oil and butter and cook for about 8 minutes or so in a little water.
Cook pasta in water and salt. Do not put oil and do not wash out in cold water, once the pasta is cooked.
Add cooked pasta to the vegetables and put grated cheese on top.
This is an easy, quick and nutritious recipe to try, specially when you are tired.
