Ingredients:
250g Button Mushroom
250g Kankun
2 Onions
2 Green chillies
4-5 Garlic
1 tomato
pcs of red chillie (not chillie powder)
curry leaves
oil to fryMethod:
* wash mushroom and cut into 3-4 pieces.
* put some oil to a sous pan & fry onion, green chillies, pcs of garlic & curry leaves.
* put mushroom into that & fry together.
* close the sous pan until become little dry.
* cut kankun into large pieces , add to the mixture & fry
* after 2-3 minutes add red chillie pieces , salt & tomato pieces.
* just mix all together & serve.
