Ingredients:
Shallots 150gms (chopped)
Butter 3 tbsp
Stock 3 pints
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp (Dilute)METHOD
In a pan add butter, chopped shallots, fry until cooked. Then add all purpose flour & the stock. Then take the shallots out of the soup and blend it. Add the blended shallots to the soup. Season it with salt and pepper and add the milk. Allow it to boil. Serve it with garlic bread.
