1. 1 chicken
2. 3 oz magarine
3. 1/4 cup vinegar
4. 1/2 cup corn oil
5. 2 teaspoon cooking sauce
6. 3 tbs grated onions
7. 1 clove of garlic
8. 2 tsp chilli powder
9. 1/2 tes mustard
10. The juice of one orange
Method
Cut the chicken into serving pieces. Rub
well with salt, pepper and lime juice.
Brush each piece over with magarine.
Grll the chicken for 10 minutes on each
side, pouring the melted magarine over
them.Then prepare the barbecue sauce.
Fry the onions and garlic in the corn oil.
Then mix in the balance ingredients. Leave
it to cook for 3 minutes.Serve this sauce
poured over the grilled pieces of chicken.
This could be served with boiled spinach
creamed potato nd a tomato salad.
