There are many ways to cook Jack-fruit but this is my favourite. Server 6-8 Ingredients 3 cups of Jack-fruit
Clean and deseed the the Jack-fruit. Cut the Jack-fruit into Mix the Jack-fruit, the seeds and all the other ingredients Grind the mustrad seed and stir it to the Coconut milk. Add this Serve hot.
