INGRDIENTS: METHOD: Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree. Melt 2tsp of butter. Saute the onions,ginger garlic paste. Fry for some time and add the tomato puree, chillipowder,salt and sugar. Boil for 2 min. Remove and add the cooking sauce. Pour over the potato patties. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top bake in a preheated oven at 350 f for 30 min.
