Coffee Pudding
1 cup of Milk Method Dissolve custard powder in the milk and bring to boil. Add sugar. Take the boiling water, dissolve gelatin and add coffee. Take a bowl put the coffee mix, milkmaid, and custard mix and beat well using a mixer. Pour in to another bowl and set. When set, turn over on to a serving platter. Melt the cooking chocolate. Put in to a piping bag and decorate the top of the pudding.
