Chocolate Sorbet
3 1/3 cups water, room temperature 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons dark rum Pinch salt Whisk the sugar and water together. Place 1/2 of the water mixture in a bowl and whisk in the chocolates, cocoa powder, rum, and salt. Whisk in the remaining water. Chill and churn in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions
