Chocolate Cake
30 gm cocoa 6 eggs 2 egg yolks 200 gm sugar 1 packet vanilla Peel of 1/2 lemon, grated 70 gm butter, melted plus Icing Sugar Preheat the oven to 160 c grease a spring - sided cake tin, 26 cm in diameter, with the butter and sprinkle with 9 little flour. Sieve together the flour and cocoa. Mix together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peeling bowl, until the mixture is creamy. Mix in the melted butter. Pour into the prepared tin and spread high up the sides. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes on the middle shelf. Sprinkle with the icing sugar cover with greaseproof paper and turn over.
