Ingredients: 1 tin condensed milk 1 tin hot water 3 egg yolks 2.5 sachets of gelatine 3 tablespoons of sugar few jelly diamonds (jujubes) cut into half 1/2 packet roasted cashew nuts roughly chopped few drops of vanilla essence and green colouring
Method: Mix the condensed milk and hot water together. Add the egg yolks and beat well. Then add the sugar and beat untill it dissolves. Dissolve gelatine according to the instructions given on the packet and add to the mixture. Mix well.
Then add the essence and colouring. Pour to a bowl and refrigerate. When half set, sprinkle with jelly diamonds, cashew nuts and leave until fully set.
